We Are Community are an established 100% volunteer driven not for profit charity in Macarthur (soon expanding to Wollondilly).

This is a great opportunity to be involved in an inclusive, supportive community working together to make a difference by enhancing independence and reducing homelessness.

Our Sunday night roast service provides healthy hot meals to our friends who are homeless or who are experiencing a difficult time.

We have opportunity for a Team Leader at Campbelltown on the 1st Sunday of the month and a Team Leader at Airds on the 3rd Sunday of the month. This could be the same person or could be two people, one at each location. This position requires a strong commitment of attendance.

Tasks: * Lead food preparation and distribution * Lead set up and pack down of meal service (including cleaning) * Ensure volunteer team have allocated tasks and supervise * Engage with our 'friends' and provide/organise referrals is required * Ensure WHS and Food Safety procedures are followed * Ensure shift reports are completed
