LINK is committed to assisting older people and people with a disability and their carers to maintain an active and engaged social and civic life. This is facilitated by assisting clients to access social and recreational activities that fosters their capacity to "age in place". The Out and About Program fills the gap for people who experience "transport disadvantage" due to a range of concerns.

As a volunteer Driver Assistant you will assist the driver by supporting clients to socialise, engage and maintain their safety. You will have a Duty Officer supporting you throughout the day should you need assistance at any time.

LINK's vehicles are located at offices Thomastown, Hurstbridge, Hoppers Crossing, Sunbury and Maribyrnong. The vehicles are all new automatic vehicles and a pleasure to drive.
