A community organisation based in Constitution Hill is looking for someone who is studying Administration, Office support or Clerical skills, or who is already well-versed in them.

Tasks could include:

  • Filing
  • Database entry
  • Archiving
  • Document Preparation
  • General Administration and Reception duties

You may also be asked to:

  • Develop and maintain filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites and other administrative systems.
  • Arrange, support and promote meetings and small events for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with drafting agendas, minutes, correspondence, briefing notes for committees and meetings.
  • Undertake other relevant tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Shifts are available between Monday to Thursday, 9am - 3pm.
