We are building our internal recruitment capability and need your help. Projects will be tailored to the person. They could include;

• Updating branding our library of tools - helping us create new tools
• Competitor analysis - researching who our competitors are in different locations so we know where great candidates work
• Responding to candidate enquires
• Collating content for our social media posts - reviewing stories from Workplace that we can repurpose
• Contacting referee’s or booking interviews

You will work alongside our Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and HR Operations team based in Glebe who are happy to share their expertise with you.

What do we need? Someone who is;

• curious and can join the dots between pieces of information,
• can use their initiative to help us map our competitors or ask for help,
• Has great customer service skills to help us improve our experience for candidates

We need you to make a regular commitment for example 1 day a week for a specific period or a couple of days for a shorter period
