We are looking for outgoing and friendly people to join our Gympie Relay For Life Committee. We need creative thinkers to plan and coordinate a fun and engaging experience for all event attendees. You will be resourceful, enthusiastic and have excellent organisational skills. This is a great opportunity to bring an event to life, whilst making a difference in your community.

Relay For Life is a fun and moving overnight experience that raises vital funds for the Cancer Council’s research, prevention, information and support services. Relay is a chance for the Gympie community to recognise and celebrate local cancer survivors, patients and their carers and to honour and remember loved ones lost to cancer.

Committee members will gain valuable experience in event planning and community engagement related tasks. All volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in all CCQ volunteer activities: educational, social and informational.
