Grace Pads is an innovative organisation working to provide Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) solutions to women and girls in Malawi. Going beyond simply providing reusable sanitary pads, we produce Store, Wash and Dry kits comprising of reusable pads, underwear, soap, discreet ziplock bag and a tub in which to Store, Wash and Dry the used materials. Our kits are made in Malawi, by Malawian women using materials sourced within the region therefore creating employment and contributing to the local economy.

We are the only organisation addressing Menstrual Hygiene Management this way. However, we are still small and want to get the word out there about what we do. That's where you come in - we're looking for a Web Development Intern to help redesign our website and increase our online traffic.

Key Duties

• Re-designing the front end of our website to improve the user interface
• Work alongside our web developer to integrate third party and plug in resources such as fundraising platforms to streamline website and;
• Implement interactive features and registration features to increase engagement with website and our cause

Skills and Experience

• Experience in UX design
• Experience working with web design frameworks such as Webflow and Wix
• Creative eye with experience in creating engaging and seamlessly functional websites
