You would be responsible for navigating legal issues and offering legal advice where necessary; assisting in the resolution of any issues that arise; ensuring that legal requirements are followed and communicated to members of the board; ensuring compliance with state and federal laws; making sure policies and procedures are up to date and adequate to protect the gallery.
