PCLC runs two Social Literacy (English as a Second Language ESL) classes a week.  These classes provide an opportunity to local community members to engage with others, learn english, make friends and learn about other cultures.

As a volunteer you will be working under the guidance of our qualified teacher to assist in a classroom of 10 students.  Classes are run from 9.30am to 2.30pm on a Tuesday at the Prahran Community Learning Centre, located in the Grattan Gardens Community Centre in Prahran.  A second class is also run at the local housing estate on a Monday from 10am to 2pm.
