Role Description

• Reverse Marketing (face to face and via the telephone) of identified engaged job ready jobseekers to provide employment opportunities.
• Provide support and advice, to employers, on training and ongoing employment support provided from Focus Connect including Government Wage Subsidies and Incentives
• Pre-screening and referring of suitable candidates.
• Provide employer with Post Placement Support.
• Attend and engage in community based networking opportunities to generate employment opportunities for jobseekers with a disability.
