The St Vincent de Paul Society is one of the most recognised charitable organisations that offers a hand up to people in need.

We are seeking Telephone Operator volunteers for our Woree Warehouse, to answer calls, accept orders, record & deliver messages.

Hours of work are Mon-Fri 9am -2pm. Hours and days are flexible for the right volunteers.

The ideal volunteers should have the following skills and abilities: • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, • Organisational abilities, • Time management, • Be detail orientated. • Record & deliver messages, • Answer callers questions, • Perform minor clerical duties • Faxing & filing would be an advantage.

There are multiple positions and would be great for volunteers wishing to fulfill Centrelink requirements.
