AnglicareSA Emergency assistance centres are welcoming places which offer a range of anti-poverty services, with the aim of supporting people as they regain control of their lives.

This assistance program can assist with housing advice, legal issues, financial counseling and emergency relief. Our Emergency Assistance program provides short-term food relief, clothing, and prescriptions relief. We also offer referrals to other services and offer a Budget Support Program.

As an Emergency Assistance Interviewer, you are the first point of contact for someone experiencing financial hardship. You will discuss the individual’s position and determine whether they are eligible for our services.
