Role Description: The Education Director will work closely with the Director of Spark Production Australia Inc. to design, plan and manage all educational experiences at schools, dance schools and within the company. This will include organising regular dance and music workshops and maintaining relationships with local groups and organisations.

Responsibilities include: • Organising performances and workshops for schools • Organising performances and workshops for dance schools • Liaising with schools and dance schools to maintain positive relationships

Qualifications/Skills required: • Highly organised • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (will regularly need to call and email people) • An understanding of Victorian curriculum or an interest in dance and music education for young people • Experience working in an education capacity • Current Working With Children’s Check • Level 2 First Aid & CPR • Driver's license and own car (to easily transport self to and from performances and workshops across Victoria)
