St Catherine's in Balwyn is welcoming caring and compassionate volunteers to assist and support residents with daily activities that adopts the Montessori approach.

The Montessori approach is aimed at promoting choice and independence. encouragement is given to the residents to choose their participation in practical meaningful daily activities from leisure activities to more practical duites - for example assisting in the daily chores, folding washing, meal preparation and set up, tidying and dusting.

Full training and ongoing support is provided.
