Hospitality: kitchen hand support Seaford

This extra hospitality support gives more opportunity for our elderly to enjoy a social chat whilst being served their morning and afternoon tea. This role is suitable for people who have hospitality training or carer certificate 3. We will give specific dietary and modified diets education for the resident group in areas.

This position volunteer times and days can be agreed upon in interview stage, we look for a commitment of 2 shifts a week, during working hours of 8 am through to 6pm

Requirements

National Police Certificate

Certificate in Hospitality or carers certificate 3 preferred, Gain some experience during or after you study. Please Note: * During the Covid-19 pandemics, organisations should be providing all necessary Covid-19 safety protection measures for volunteers following the advice of both the Sate or Territory Governments and the Federal Government. Your safety and wellbeing is your priority. Familiarise yourself with the most up-to-date requirements and advice from the Australian and NT and SA State Governments. * As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the type of insurance provided for volunteers (e.g. Volunteer Personal Accident Insurance). * Best practice volunteer involvement recommends that a volunteer role should not be more than 15-16 hours per week.
