We are looking for a person with an interest in sharing their time, skills, talents, and knowledge with us while developing friendships with the people living with complex disabilities whom we support, sharing experiences, and encouraging them to participate. It’s heaps of fun for all involved!

We are currently looking for volunteers who are interested in spending time with individuals or small groups and facilitating or being involved in the following activities:

• Pottery including designing and making
• Reading books and newspapers
• Playing Uno, monopoly, or other games
• Playing WII
• Doing crosswords
• Art including painting and colouring in
• Listening to or playing music.

If you have any other skills you would like to share, we would love to hear about them!

Our volunteer roles are suitable for people who have well-developed interpersonal skills and a caring and empathetic manner. It’s a great way to make a difference in the lives of adults with complex and high support needs while making friends, having fun, and learning new skills.
