A popular program at the QEII Centre and they are looking to train a new group of Volunteers. You will already know how to use basic technology and are able to teach others how to effectively use their iPad/mobile phone to meet their needs. You don't need to be a technology whizz to be able to help others learn how to use the iPad. The weekly sessions are conducted in a relaxed and social environment with the emphasis on fun, continual learning and sharing what we know. Trained Volunteers run the class but are needing some extra support to show the participants one-on-one on how to do basic functions on their devices with the aim to stay connected with family and friends. Thursday morning session run from 9am - 10am at QE2 Centre!
