Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administration of Office 365 and all applications.

  • Creation of new user accounts with guidance from the People & Culture team, and monitoring of outgoing accounts – ensuring all data has been received prior to account deletion 

  • Creation and maintenance of groups

  • Develop support materials for all users, with assistance from the Chief Technology Officer 

  • Manage the record keeping system and capacity monitoring e.g. storage on SharePoint 

  • Assist Gomo Foundation volunteers on device connectivity e.g. mobile phones, laptops and general IT software support issues e.g. Anti-Virus and Malware/Adware software 

  • Assist the Managers on SharePoint queries e.g. file location and storage. 

  • Participate in IT and whole team meetings as scheduled.

  • Develop and measure operational processes to ensure that teams can deliver their work efficiently, regularly identifying opportunities for continuous improvement 

  • Providing infrastructure support and participate in transition activities relating to future implementations e.g. Salesforce

Skills**, **Experience** and Personal Attributes**

  • Formal study or training of Microsoft systems administration and support. 

  • Previous experience in general IT and web browser software support with Internet Explorer, Fire Fox and Google Chrome desktop, laptop and mobile devices. 

  • Experience with monitoring IT user queries and supporting users 

  • Advanced skills in development of documentation for software implementation and support, user guides

  • Proactive, passion, energy and commitment 

  • Strong organisational and communication skills 

  • Ability to think outside the square, be a self-starter, work autonomously and work to deadlines 

  • Able to work remotely within flexible hours

  • Be comfortable with and available for phone and video conferencing meetings given all volunteers work remotely.
