Be a part of the Silver Chain Palliative Care Team visiting clients in their homes. Our nurses, doctors, care-aides,social workers, spiritual care workers and volunteers provide clinical and social support to people with life limiting illness or conditions. If you have empathy, compassion and are looking for a longer term ongoing volunteer opportunity we will provide you with the training and support to perform this rewarding volunteer role.
