Tasks and responsibilities: • In a team help develop, implement and deliver a catering plan that promotes healthy eating during the event. • Source and communicate with on-site food providers ensuring they have the necessary equipment and food license to sell food. • Source vendors, food supplies , drinks and water • Work with the logistics coordinator to arrange delivery and appropriate, storage of food and beverages • Liaise with Volunteer Coordinator to ensure sufficient volunteers / teams to staff food outlets as needed • Coordinate free breakfast for registered participants and volunteers • Provide information to the Logistics Coordinator to arrange necessary equipment (gas, BBQ’s etc.) • Attend 75% of committee meetings and other event related meetings as required. • Promote all areas of Relay For Life and in particular team recruitment. • Work cooperatively with organising committee. • Participate in an event review process. • Other duties as required
