Room Booking Administrator
Volunteering GeelongThe role will include:
- Respond to phone and email enquiries
- Provide verbal and written information regarding terms and condition of room hire, room availability, capacity, location, logistics, parking, catering and costs
- Record room reservations in room booking database, ensuring all required information is provided to secure the booking
- Follow up on booking forms, Terms & Conditions of hire
- Manage the rooms, check presentation and supplies
- Set up AV system
