The role will include:

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Provide verbal and written information regarding terms and condition of room hire, room availability, capacity, location, logistics, parking, catering and costs
  • Record room reservations in room booking database, ensuring all required information is provided to secure the booking
  • Follow up on booking forms, Terms & Conditions of hire
  • Manage the rooms, check presentation and supplies
  • Set up AV system
