We require a lawyer to join our team at Paediatric Nursing Services and 360 Community. A law firm willing to offer its services may also be suitable.

The legal work required is occasional but instrumental to our business. It would include:

• Providing advice on matters of contract, nonprofit, and corporate law
• Assisting with drafting service agreements, employment agreements and other instruments
• Advising the board of directors on legal matters

Your contribution would be invaluable and would help us continue to provide high quality nursing and allied health services to sick children and children with additional needs.

We would not require any personal attendance, and you could contribute in the evenings, on weekends or at any other time that suits you.
