We looking for 2-3 enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and assistance to our incredible donors and fundraisers who make the work of Red Nose possible.

By sharing your time and skills, you helping to invest in world-class research, lifesaving safe sleeping and safe pregnancy education, and vital bereavement support services for Australian families.

The main responsibilities of the role include: •Speak to our amazing donors, supporters, and general public via phone and email; •Assist in writing thank you letters, preparing certificates for donors and fundraisers; •Data entry and record management in our donor database; and •Provide administrative support as required

This is an ongoing voluntary role based in our Docklands Office in Melbourne, preferably 1-2 business days a week (days and hours are flexible).

About Red Nose Red Nose is Australia’s leading authority on safe sleep and safe pregnancy, and support for families following the devastating impact of the death of a child. We were founded in 1977 by bereaved parents who wanted to make sure the devastating impact of the death of their child never happened to anyone else – by finding out why their babies and childrendied suddenly and unexpectedly and then educating parents and health professionals about how to prevent it.

Our work continues today. Because, while we have reduced SIDS by 85 per cent and invested more than $17 million into vital research – 3,000 babies, toddlers and preschoolers still die suddenly and unexpectedly each year. Through world-class research, lifesaving safe sleeping and safe pregnancy education, and vital bereavement support services, we continue the work of our founders.Together, with your support, we can reach zero.
