Ideally qualified in business or Human Resource Management, you will have a few years' experience under your belt and will have the opportunity to create and build a strong HR framework for our organisation. You will:

• Prepare job descriptions to attract the best team and volunteers
• Re-write the volunteer induction handbook and onboarding process
• Be instrumental in developing online training modules for volunteers and team
• Work as part of a dynamic, small team to present our organisation as an organisation of choice
• Assist with conditions of employment and Award interpretation
• Research and apply new methods for volunteer reward and recognition
