Our Modbury branch is looking for an Assistant Client Services Coordinator to work closely in a team environment, focusing on:

• maintaining regular contact with the clients
• following up with clients who are not home when meals are delivered
• assessing clients and obtaining direct debit authorities
• preparing route lists
• acting as contact person for volunteers who have concerns about a client’s health or welfare
• working with central office (and family if necessary) in providing support and information for clients.
