In the role of Community Transport Administrator you will assist with vehicle bookings, driver registration and efficient bus usage administration.

The role will include:

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries

  • Provide verbal and written information regarding terms and condition of vehicle hire, availability, capacity and cost

  • Record reservations in booking database, ensuring all required information is provided to secure the booking

  • Follow up on documentation and Terms & Conditions of hire

  • Manage the vehicle
