We are The Rotary Club of Subiaco The day starts with setting up the stall and then various tasks are allocated to each person by a Rotarian in charge. For example - Collect supplies required from other stall holders. Take orders, we have some fun regulars. Cook the bacon and/or eggs. Sometimes special requests for runny or firm. Compiling the roll and wrapping for the customer to be delivered with a smile..
