This role will make a huge difference to the operating of our operation. Day to day procedural and operational tasks may include: Be an Admin assistant to the WA Leader Preparation and filing of Cana WA correspondence, occupancy agreements, incident reports Volunteer information packs and coordinate induction, information evenings and training events Coordinate promotional events Maintain and update contact database Website and social media updates Scheduling and rostering of volunteers for events and hospitality Cana Newsletter and flyers and brochures Liase and manage relationship with our Sydney office Sourcing of gifts for volunteers and family members Word processing, power point, excel skills are essential, a background in office support roles is beneficial.
