e.motion21 is currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic volunteer Site Manager to join our wonderful and thriving team in Bendigo.

As Site Manager, you will be the 'face' of e.motion21 at your local site, sharing our vision: to enhance lives and change perceptions of Down syndrome within society through dance, fitness and performance and encompassing our core values of Care, Fun, Learn and Respect at all times

Key tasks will include:

• Creating a welcoming and engaging environment for families and participants
• Encourage, inspire and motivate participation
• Act as a communication pathway between, head office, parents and teacher
• Adhere and promote compliance with e.motion21 policy and procedures, procedures, processes and vision
• Be involved in planning and executing local community performance events
• Assist as required in promoting e.motion21 site

There are no pre-requisite qualifications for this position, we are seeking a team player who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Down syndrome and their families.
