    - Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator
    - Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and Customer Records Management (CRM) software
    - Experience implementing and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
    - Solid knowledge of web analytics tools including Google Analytics
    - 'Hands-on' experience with online marketing tools and practices
    - Familiarity with web design and HTML
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Strong analytical and project management skills

Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association (ASCTA) is a not for profit association representing swimming coaches, swimming teachers and swim schools. We promote excellence in our industry through the provision of education, research, advocacy, mentoring and support networks. ASCTA has a sub-branch 'Swim Australia' which relates to our swim school members and our VET qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Analyse web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Build strong client relationships through social media interaction
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Keep up to date with our audience‚Äôs preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns and channels
  • Identify advertising opportunities and needs
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Measure Return on Investment (ROI)
