Position Statement To assist in the development of Youth Without Borders initiatives, and maintenance of current initiatives. To back up, and work in teams to further the YWB cause, with the help of other NEC members.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Research, develop and implement various Policies and Procedures
• Aid in the creation of Social Media engagement activities
• Help research, develop an implement upcoming YWB initiatives.
• Active participation in management committee meetings and professional development relevant to the role
• Management of current and future organisation memberships
• Other duties as assigned

Key Result Areas

• Research, development and implementation of a fundraising and revenue strategic plan alongside the Partnerships Manager
• Database of Youth Without Borders Networks
• Building effective relationships with management committee members as well as the partnerships team members
