Volunteer Project Coordinator – Environment and Sustainability

Review current organisational procedure and practices, and create a strategy to support reducing Edgar’s Mission’s environmental impact across the sanctuary
Assist with outlining plans to support the newly created strategy
Project coordinate research and investigative activities to identify innovative sustainability opportunities
Utilise strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills to foster strong and productive working relationships within the organisation and external contractors.

Assist with creating collateral to inform and engage internal stakeholders of the newly implemented initiatives and processes.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following necessary skills and attributes: • A current Victorian Working with Children check • Specialist knowledge in one or more sustainability fields is required. A strong knowledge of commercial and financial terms of projects and contracts is also preferred. • Intermediate mathematical and data analysis experience. • Advanced computer skills.
