Role: Pets As Therapy Administration

Velma's Pets As Therapy is a registered charity and we've been successfully operating since 1999.

Our charity has been mostly dormant for a year during COVID 19. We have made it through but now need to recreate a passionate team of volunteers to support our enormously valuable and essential community service.

We currently have several supporting roles available to people who genuinely have a love connection with animals and want to make a true, beneficially difference to people lives.

We are seeking a person -

To attend our Ourimbah office either weekly or one week at the office and the next week working from own home, for 3 hours, on a reliable basis, for a minimum of 6 months.

With confident, communication skills to talk via emails and on the phone with health care professionals, managers and volunteers in a cheerful, respectful and professional manner.

With accurate writing and organisational skills.

A self starter, problem solver, critical thinker who can meet deadlines in a calm and efficient manner.

With a strong foundation in computer skills including emails, Word and Excel.

Ideal for a retired, active person seeking a rewarding and meaningful role.
