At Christmas we help around 70 000 households in Australia, and we need your help! Salvos Perth Fortress will be hosting a number of Christmas activities and we can't do it without volunteers!  If you have a few hours to spare this Christmas season, volunteer with the Salvos and help us give hope where it's needed most! Together we will live, love and fight to alongside others to transform Australia one life at a time.

Available Shifts

• Activity: 'Christmas Gift Wrappers'
• Location: Myer, Forrest Chase, 200 Murray Street, Perth WA
• Dates available: December 13th - December 24th
• Shift times available across the week:
  • 9am-12pm
  • 12pm - 3pm
  • 3pm - 6pm
  • 6pm - 9pm (20th, 23rd & 24th December only)
  • 2 volunteers required for each shift
  • Please nominate your preferred shift(s) in "skills & qualifications"

Please note:

• We experience a high volume of interest in Christmas volunteering, it may take time for us to respond to your expression of interest
• We cannot hold shifts for your corporate group, all paperwork must be returned to secure your spot
• Bring a friend! This opportunity is suitable for community volunteers, Corporate and community groups and high school aged students if supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Must wear enclosed shoes
• Must be able to wrap gifts to a high standard. Dexterity and precision are required for this task.
