The Community Kitchen provides a place for guests to; interact with the broader Australian community, to share a meal and experience multicultural Australia, access specialist service providers, information and skills development, meet new people, practice English, and participate in music and sporting activities. As the MC you are responsible for:

• Share your outgoing personality to MC the event.
• Utilise your bilingual language skills to connect to guests of the community kitchen or work in conjunction with Bilingual Guides.
• Be responsible for the set-up and pack-down of the AV system.
• Follow the run sheet for the day to advise the guests of the activities.
• Resolve technical difficulties throughout the day.
• Work as part of the community kitchen team and assist other areas when necessary.

Every 2nd Wednesday and the position requires a regular commitment to MC between the hours of 10.30am to 1.00pm at Auburn Centre for Community, 44A Macquarie Road, Auburn NSW 2144.
