The Office Admin Support Worker will assist our Manager with general office duties some of which including answering the phone, greeting clients, taking bookings (Your on time online booking system), setting up for various workshops and treatment sessions, updating the database, processing donations, memberships and renewals, assisting clients with enquiries and ensuring basic office operations are carried out. At times the role will involve assisting with preparation for upcoming marketing and fundraising events.
