We are very excited to announce that Make-A-Wish is the charity partner of 5K Foam Fest again this year, a foam-filled obstacle course over 5km. As part of our partnership, Make-A-Wish staff and volunteers look after the gear check tent where people can leave their bags while they race. Volunteer duties would include bag checking and cash handling.

They do so in return for a $5 donation to Make-A-Wish and last year’s event series saw us raise $40,000 in much-needed funds. We hope this year will be even better!

Full training will be provided on the day and no experience is necessary. It's a really fun experience and best of all you can participate in the event for free before or after your shift if you wish.

There are 10 events across Australia including the below event in Adelaide:

Oakbank-  Saturday, February 8th, 2020 - Oakbank Racecourse, 46 Oakwood Rd, Oakbank SA

Volunteer shifts available: 7:00am-12:00pm or 11:00am-4:30pm

We will endeavour to offer you your preferred shift time and may ask if you are available for an alternative time slot. The morning shift is busiest and therefore when we will need the most volunteers.
