Sailors with disABILITIES has a boat program underway at Woolwich Dock and we are in need of a volunteer to assist with coordination of people on the boat. We are looking for someone who has:

• Passion for young people
• Support the needs of participants
• Aware of the complete wellbeing of each participant
• Conflict resolution
• Facilitate teamwork
• Help develop social skills in participants
• Some experience working with intellectual disabilities preferable
• Able to engage with a diverse range of young people and the challenges they face

The volunteer will be required for Wednesday & Thursdays only.
