Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work with staff at Musculoskeletal Australia (MSK) to identify "in scope" grant opportunities
- Work with staff at MSK to gather & develop content for grant applications
- Write grant applications and work with GM Corporate Services to submit applications
Skills and Experience: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills and knowledge:
- Proven experience in grant seeking, grant writing and grant management
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Sophisticated writing and articulate communication skills
Training and Induction:
- Meet and great with CEO & the Executive Team at MSK to understand their vision for the organisation and the role grant writing plays in helping to achieve this
- One on one meeting with GM Corporate services to review of the organisations strategic plan with a view to understanding key priority areas for grant applications
- Meet with program managers and staff to learn our suite of programs and services
- Revision of MSK Policies and Procedures
- Review & signing of volunteer agreement.
