Your role will involve: Responding to online enquiries; utilising ConnectGroups’ database to identify suitable Support Groups and community services; providing phone referrals; conducting follow up calls; and managing data collection.

As a Referrals volunteer, you will require confidence in engaging with individuals over the phone, and listening empathetically to gain an understanding of their support requirements.

Volunteers will be working in a friendly and supportive team environment with ongoing training provided.
