Position Requirements and Duties: Catering and administration:
- Supervising a team of volunteers
- Source food supplies for some meals
- Liaise with community groups to cater where possible
- Preparing food in advance
- Transporting food (refrigerated trailer provided) and equipment (trailer provided)
- Feeding 200 people for the 3 days: Dinner (2 night), Breakfast (3 mornings) Morning/Afternoon tea (3 days)
- Managing overheads on a small operating budget to ensure we are maximising donation to CanTeen
- We have all our own plates, cutlery, urns and other items
