Cancer Council NSW is a community funded, community focused cancer charity dedicated to working towards a cancer-free future. There are things that we can all do every day to help make this happen.

The Cancer Council NSW Research Division is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Volunteer for the position of Hide and Seek project volunteer.

The role of the volunteer is to support the Hide and Seek Project research team, and contribute to a range of research and administration activities, which will include listening to audio recordings to amend transcripts.

Our ideal Volunteer will: • Be available at least one day per week • Have worked in, studied, or finds interest in the field of Science, Psychology, Public Health, Statistics, Epidemiology or Medicine • Have competence in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel • Be experienced using computer software applications including databases and spreadsheets • Have a high level attention to detail and accuracy • Have excellent written communication (including email) and report writing skills • Have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and initiative to solve problems independently
