What is the Hop On Hop Off Shuttle Bus? The Hop On Hop Off Shuttle Bus service was developed by the North West Business Alliance to bring cruise ship passengers to Semaphore and Port Adelaide. Australian Elements Tours and Charters are working in partnership with the NWBA to operate the Hop On Hop Off Shuttle Bus service.

Purpose of role: The Shuttle Bus Greeter is one of the initial people that passengers leaving the terminal meets as they make their way out of the gates at the Outer Harbour Passenger Terminal. The role of the Volunteer Shuttle Bus Greeter is to let passengers know about the places they can visit throughout Semaphore and Port Adelaide and talk to them about the Hop On Hop Off Bus Service.

Key Responsibilities: The Shuttle Bus Greeter:

• greets potential passengers outside the gates of the terminal (we are not allowed inside the gates due to security reasons)
• provides a flyer to passengers providing an overview of the service
• answers any initial queries about the service; and
• directs interested passengers to the booking tent located next to the Outer Harbour train station.

Passengers are provided a map and timetable to let them know where the stops are and what time the buses will be along at each stop.
