The volunteer will have the opportunity to work directly with people to achieve their expressed goals.  This will include supporting people to further their English language skills, as well as putting together resumes, cover letters, and job applications.  The classes are run by a trainer and the volunteer will support the trainer to achieve the outcomes identified by each individual participant.

The classes are run on Thursdays 9am - 2pm.  The volunteer would ideally be available for a minimum of three hours on a Thursday and ideally will be able to commit to the program for 20 weeks (with opportunities to extend beyond this if interested).
