We are currently looking for assistance at our Chinese Living Well with Type 2 Diabetes Event that is being held on Saturday 16 November at the Hawthorn Library, 584 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn, VIC 3122. Individuals that speak Mandarin or Cantonese are encouraged to apply.

Tasks involved on the day:

• directing people to the registration area
• directing people to event area and facilities
• assisting with registration and any questions

Other tasks:

• assisting speakers
• roaming with microphones for people wanting to ask questions
• catering set-up
• assist in the stall area where required
• assist with phone bookings and answering questions around the event
