Advocare is a independent, community based, not for profit organisation which support and protects the rights of older people in Western Australia. At Advocare we provide advocacy, education and information, enabling older people to make informed choices. We also assist older people to understand their rights, to resolve issues with aged care services and we help them to access appropriate support and assistance. Advocare provide companionship through the Community Visitors Scheme, the program helps to reduce social isolation and loneliness for older people living in their own homes or in a Aged Care Facility.
