    The Playgroup Program Assistant volunteer will be empathetic, patient and non-judgemental.

    Please Note: As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the level of coverage for volunteers due to various restrictions to ensure they are covered for the roles they will be undertaking.

Aims of the Volunteer Role • To assist in the provision of the playgroup program for children and families. • To assist the playgroup program facilitator to set up, pack away and carry out activities with children and families.

The Volunteer Playgroup Program Assistant reports to the Playgroup Program Facilitator; the volunteer needs to be able to commit to the playgroup program at least one (1) morning or afternoon per week for a six (6) month period of time.
