Your number one focus is to recruit and support bands, singers and artists that will play at our live events each month on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. - Source Bands and vocalists - Create a roster for bands and vocalists to attend each live event - Audition talent to ensure high standards are maintained - Attend live events on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast periodically - Build and lead your team of volunteers to support the objectives of the role - Be hands on to get the job done and meet the deadlines - Create systems and processes to support full functioning department - Report to the Board of Directors monthly on progress and results - Support and nurture new talent - Create incentives and initiatives to inspire young people to audition for future opportunities
