The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Canterbury Neighbourhood Centre inc.

We have a great print presence with our community news magazine and have limited time to build a social media presence and maintain the website.

Ideally you will have experience with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram and some skills in maintaining a website, (WordPress desirable but not essential).
Content will be provided from the published magazine content, or other local interest stories. Some short-form writing to support this material may occasionally be required.

This is a great opportunity to work with a community organisation committed to building a sense of neighbourhood and raising awareness of local activities, services and businesses. You will work with a small team of volunteers who collate magazine content and publish the paper version. The magazine is published quarterly.
