We are looking for talented people who are excited to share their skills in the Makerspace at the Parks Library. This could be by holding 1:1 sessions, running small workshops for 6-8 people or facilitating a club at the Makerspace. We are also looking for volunteers to be active in the Makerspace throughout the week working on your own projects and supporting customers as required.

We are particularly interested in running small workshops on:

• Knitting & Crochet
• Video editing
• Music recording using our media space (we have Garage Band & Logic Pro X)
• Creating YouTube Clips / setting up a YouTube Channel
• Sewing / Dressmaking
• Laser Cutting (we have an Emblaser2)
• 3D modelling and printing
• Podcasting (we have Garage Band & Logic Pro X & Audible)
• Arduino / electronics/ robotics
• Robotics Club
• Jewellery Making
• Card-making / Scrapbooking / Paper Craft
• VR/AR (we have HTC Vive Pro)

We are looking for people with any of the above skills who are comfortable presenting to other adults.
