RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow management guidance of creating, building and executing social media strategies incl. Facebook ad campaign management, reporting and strategic development.
• Respond to compliments and complaints from a variety of social media channels in a timely manner.
• Be on the forefront of new digital developments and implement strategies to grow our online community for maximum exposure to our brand.
• Retouch photos for print, social media and online use.
• Create professional graphic design ads and promotional concept materials for print and digital media.
• Contribute with your expertise to strategic digital brand development and marketing strategies.
• Create inspiring curated posts, search for relevant content, edit and share (original text, images, video or HTML) to build meaningful connections, increase followers and encourage our social community to engage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to show initiative and work independently.
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertisement campaign marketing, development and reporting.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro,Blender.
• Digital design focus with UI/UX experience highly favourable. 
• Advanced-level design, typography, digital and layout skills.
• Ability to work under milestones and goals.
• Knowledge of MailChimp or Campaign Monitor .
• Video, animation, HTML/CSS, illustration or copywriting skills will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of current design trends and technologies.
• Highly creative mind with impeccable taste and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner and ability to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 6 months commitment required.
